When are exams organised?

Multiple schemes are possible depending on the language and the learning path.

At least two contact exams are organized for most annual courses: an interim evaluation in January and a final evaluation in May.

For a number of languages and NT2 (except for the crash course of 80 hours), the evaluation is spread over 3 or more sessions.

For the semester courses, there is an evaluation at the end of the module: for the first semester in January, for the second semester in May.

For crash courses, the evaluation takes place at the latest at the end of the module.

The precise dates of the evaluation periods will be announced via the teacher's electronic diary.

The dates of the oral (speaking and listening) and written (reading and writing) exams will be determined by the teachers in consultation with the students involved.

(Online) assignments and tests in class or from home may also be included as part of the evaluation.

At the beginning of the course, the teacher will inform you about the assignments that will be assessed and their weighting in the final evaluation.

Please refer to the instructions on the information sheet (NT2) or the evaluation information sheet on the teacher’s personal online page (other languages) for more details on this subject.
